I see the game has a harem tag, is the harem part optional? personally I prefer solo Li routes but harem is OK, i just find solo routes more enjoyable. also is pregnancy planned?
You can choose who you want to have as part of your harem. If that's only one person, then that's your choice. Yes pregnancy is planned.
