Blood of the Dragon is an adult epic fantasy harem visual novel
Story beat: Yearning to prove yourself, you train to become a knight's squire. After finally besting your mentor, your village is attacked, unlocking a dormant power within your blood. After successfully defending your home, you travel to the capital to seek answers about your origin. An answer which will change the entire kingdom forever.

I've played the update but missed one scene for Lila and one for Mary Beth, are those solo route scenes as I have only harem saves.
Yeah, they are unique scenes if you chose only mary beth or only lila

I see the game has a harem tag, is the harem part optional? personally I prefer solo Li routes but harem is OK, i just find solo routes more enjoyable. also is pregnancy planned?
You can choose who you want to have as part of your harem. If that's only one person, then that's your choice. Yes pregnancy is planned.
